I'm really looking forward to seeing you achieve your fitness goals over the next 10 weeks!
I'm sure you're a little nervous as well as excited about what's to come. Let me be the first to say you're not alone. We all have to start somewhere. I think you'll be amazed at what you can achieve as we work through the program together.
There's no doubt the biggest hurdle is going to be finding the time to focus on yourself and your fitness. As a mother of two girls I completely identify with how busy life can be. After the birth of my first child, I realised how hard it was to find time to exercise. It seemed every time I tried to squeeze a workout in, my baby would wake up! As much as I loved spending time with her, I desperately wanted to have some time to myself to regain my fitness and restore my energy levels (plus get some more sleep).
Through this, I decided to put together a program aimed not only at time poor mothers, but for time poor women in general. As a way to get the results we all want, fast. We know exercise helps you to feel better about yourself, making you happier, stronger and fitter, yet life is getting busier by the second. However, we are important and need to take time to take care of ourselves. So, that's my number one aim for you over the next 10 weeks - to help you be the best version of yourself that you can, without taking over your life with training!
